SFI provides us with all the tools we need for this. Not only do we have the Live Chat option, but we have Team Mail! You can send your team mail that they can open and read at any time. They might be up during the day when, where you live, its night and you're asleep. They can still get the message though. If you do prefer a more direct form of contact, first, send them a team mail asking them when they could be available for a phone call, a live chat, or skype call. Then, google the time zone they live in and find out the difference between yours and theirs. Set a specific date and time, and then make sure you actually attend it!! Nothing is worse than telling a team member you would do something for them and not doing it. It discredits the whole program.
