I personally feel that it is best to go beyond those boundaries, however, if you are new to marketing and are not very confident or skilled in teaching people the ways of the program, stick with local. Once you have successfully trained a few people, then I would encourage global involvement. Being a Team Leader can be a very demanding job, and it is an added challenge if you are not fully versed in the ways of SFI if you are trying to communicate with people that don't speak your language. Once you know as much as possible, there are many different translators available to you.
