Fear of Success is not only the issue in SFI, it is a common factor in any business. Not only in business, fear of suceess is applicable for any activity. People always try to keep themselves in the comfort zone. That is why they always suffer from a fear factor when they are forced to be placed in a non-comfort zone.
The best method for overcoming this fear is to develop the self confidence. For developing self confidence one has to comply all directives given by SFI for following day to day activities. The advantage of SFI is sucess is possible through a systematic and daily approach. The action points are allotted on daily basis only when stereo type activities are completed by the affiliate everyday. "To Do" under home page guides us what the sales / action VPs we have scored and if at all anything is left or not.
We have to follow the guidelines of SFI 1st, have to complete daily, weekly and monthly tasks judiciously to build up confidence among us. Upon completion of this task we will gain confidence and will be in a position to explain our teammates the secret of devepoing the business. Once they(Team Members) know the activities to be performed they get confidence. Upon completion of the tasks as instructed by our Team Leader they score sales VPs/action VPs. Then they overcome the "Fear of Success".
