Having travelled all over the world and experienced many different cultures. In my opinion it is better to try and have 'familiars' on your team. Which is someone who you can and do communicate easily and clearly with, but that is native to another country.
This is a great way to 'spread the cheese whiz' and if you are able to lead these familiar into success or at least a glimpse of it.. then they will do the multi level work and maintain that downline for you.
This also allows you to be diverse in the support you can offer. If you have a multi cultured team that you have tought how to be good leads and sponsors. Your team will explode globally right underneath you. $$$
