Most affiliates join not only SFI for the thrill and curiosity of wanting to know more, unfortunately many of us sponsors fail to observe this trend and instead focus on collecting the number of affiliates and not the quality.
How then do you build a quality team?
1. By following up! This is key in every situation that involves prospecting. If we do not follow up, we will never know what challenges our PSA's face or what hinders them from moving forward.
2. Do not bring up the issues of getting rich quick before new affiliates get to understand the whole concept and operational ideals of the business. Anyone looking to make money never wants to hear that they have to spend money first before they know what's in it for them.
3. Make sure that your new affiliates know from sign up that if they are looking to get rich quick, then the program is not for them but for people who are ready to work extra hard in putting the hours and understanding what is required of them.
