I would say "LESS" because it usually draws attention if you put forward a short, to the point and powerful statement. People tend to be in a state of "constant partial attention" these days. Many things keep our minds totally occupied through the day and if you look at yourself, say for instance regarding e-mails, do you open each and every e-mail you receive and study it thoroughly???, I seriously doubt it.
The ads with a SHORT and powerful heading gets your curiosity going.The most successful marketing campaigns (btw, it pays to look at any business around you and see what attracts people regarding electronic, written or visual media)tend to be the ones with a short (also easy to remember) and powerful information message.
