Fear of failure is destructive to success but I have never heard of anyone fearing success. People can procrastinate to no end because they lack vision. Without vision they will freeze because the path before them is not clear. One must overcome what he/she perceives as unfamiliar territory or they will not venture forth for fear of getting lost and making a mistake.
Because everyone is so very different in the way he/she processes information we will need to try to understand each person and reach out in a way that will open their minds to the possibilities that await them if they will but take action.
Vision must be instilled in people so the path before them will appear clear for them to proceed forward. If they're taking those early steps you will need to do whatever it takes to keep their forward momentum going.
