Many people are just looking for something that suits them. They don’t even give SFI a chance. You need to be in SFI (or any business for that matter) for a little while to understand how it works and how you earn your money and what you have to do to earn it.
People are impatient. They sign up, login. Can’t see anything in the first page or two that makes any sense to them and that’s it. You never see them again.
This is the reason that when you receive a new PSA, it is very important to try and catch them while they are still logged in for their initial visit. You then get the chance to explain how things work, become their friend and win their trust.
Give them the link to your Leadership Page and let them see just how many badges you have and how long you have been a member. If they have been even a little active in the first little while, send them a Gift Certificate and encourage them to use it for something worthwhile which will build their own team.
