I looked at my JMT Gateway and I am very pleased. it looks professional - so yes I will definitely start using it and once I am sure what I am recommending I will give my team the pro's and the cons of using it. But If I know my team I am sure they already started looking at it on their own.
I don't think your workers will wait for you to recommend it - they will investigate and use it on their own.
Your more inactive members will need a bit more - that means you have to know what you are talking about because you used it. Don't tell them what you heard tell them what you experienced - both good and bad.
