What is the most important goal you've set for your SFI business and why?
The most important goal I've set is to build a successful team, the people who will work in order to progress and your team to learn what I know. Share with them their knowledge, experience, advice and cheer their success. Without a real, strong, hardworking great team you can not make progress, you can only spin in a circle. Everything should just focus on this because therein lies the success and progress of the us and our members.
