1. Firstly Communication
a. Initiate communication with your PSAs immediately, this shows them that you have interest in helping them grow their business.
b. Communication with your PSAs increases trust relationship.
c. I your communication be honest, if you don't know the answers to their question be ready to tell them that you are not sure and that you are going to research the topic and also refer them to your up line team members.
2. Lead by example
a. Always practice what you preach to your PSAs. i.e. Let them get encouraged by the badges you are having in your home page.
b. Refer them to the worthy information as supplied by SFI by referring them to the links and tabs for information. Stay away from doing the research more for them for you are building a business of leaders that can lead that is in other ways you are "training the trainers".
3. Incentives
a. Offer incentives to the hard working PSAs. SFI have free cards that you can send to them for work well done. e.g. Congrats e cards etc.
b. When your budget allows give them TCredits as a reward, have challenges between them. My sponsor uses this and it works.
4. Keep in touch
a. Keep the communication lines open;
b. Do not shy away from the PSAs that speak a different language than you, remember SFI has a translate option and Microsoft too has translate use it to your success.
5. Your experiences
a. Share your:-
i. Frustrations you encountered at first with the business and the resolution thereof;
ii. Successes in your business and how did you came about reaching them.
