One can agree with me that people do not fear success. Everybody can be successful.Its only the fear of approaching people, fear of communicating with people,fear of explaining the policies of the company and fear of explaining the products, are hindering them from success.
If all the far mentioned are given counseling training and leading them from front, I am sure there is nothing like fear of success.
People will over come this fear, and do wonders
