If you're spending time in the forum daily, you can send team mails with links to the forum posts you've visited and tell them a little about what the thread is about.
For your active and interested team members, they should follow you to the forums.
Ask SC is also a great way of reading and getting information every day. If they see that you're participating, which if you are, you'll have a couple of badges for rating Ask SC answers and for answering questions too.
The more information and the more successful you are because of daily reading and interaction on SFI, the more they'll see how important it is too!
