There are so many online business opportunities being offered. Many new affiliates fill out forms to join and really have no idea of what they are joining. New affiliates are also often in the process or habit of signing up with several offers at once and often don't even follow through nor confirm their email or registration.
Now a days it seems that most all of us are running around with our heads cut off preforming several tasks and functions. Not to mention the millions that suffer from "ADD" Attention Deficit Disorder.
So, the above are the majority of those that join SFI. Many of which do not have a personal relationship established prior to joining. These New Joins often join on a whim after seeing an ad. Curious enough to fill out a form. But, with no commitment or urgency in following through.
In short, many like the idea of the possibility of earning extra income online. However, there are just a few that are willing to put forth the time, effort and follow through to accomplish this.
You must learn to accept this reality and just be ready to work with those that are ready and willing to work with you.
