This is an international business and I would recommend against restricting yourself building a team with only those who speak your language. English is the language that SFI uses and this is an international language that is used and taught throughout the world. It is a second language for a lot of people.
I would say that at the begining while you are building your team, recruit far and wide throughout the world. As your team grows and leaders emerge, have a look at where those leaders are located/language they speak and reassign and group your team members around those leaders. If you do not speak Spanish and one or more of your leaders speak Spanish, reassign Spanish speaking affiliates to those leaders. You can also reassign affilates by geographical locations.
