(Why it is difficult to convince your PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages?)
If not, take look, you may find interesting answers there.
Now,about your question and my personal opinion about it...well,it might be because:
1. affiliates are being asked/requested to sign up (without their own will)
2. they understand nothing (and there's no one to explain them)
3. they are not willing to learn anything
4. the expectations affiliates have are not real
5. the affiliates are not real
To explain them in short.
1. some of the people are not interested in this kind of business, but despite it they don't want to confront (or disappoint) person that invited them to join SFI.They do the sign up,but...that's it.Nothing else.Without their own will and/or motivation nothing comes from them and they remain inactive just after signing up.
2. it happens when there's language barrier. There's Google to translate in most of the languages of the world, however, sometimes even Google can't help (recently I saw a quest for help, for explanation in urdu language). In this group are also those who have inactive or careless sponsors (shame on the sponsors).
3. special kind of above mentioned are the ones that are not even willing to learn something, besides help offered. Those are lazy or just narrow-minded persons...
4. the unreal expectations some may have about SFI is very diverse sort of reasons. It might be:overnight-quick scheme to get rich fast (like,I will be rich next morning for doing nothing),curiosity so see what is it about (just to see/check it and nothing else),previous (negative) experience with similar business ("they are all the same, screw that"),etc.
5. sometimes it happens that some other affiliate tries to tricks SFI (and other affiliates as well) by creating non-existing (bogus) profile(s).I don't know why are they doing it (when it brings no good to anyone on the long run;maybe just a little "help" on the short run),but I know that they are.And then you wonder why that profile is doing nothing, after all you have said to "him"/"her"...
All in all, man, don't worry too much about it.You just have to face it that not all the people are interested in this job.And if they are, some of them are low-interested (and even prepared to stop working/become inactive),and others are highly-motivated and those are the ones that you should focus on!You know, work with workers, they say...
