The forum is (or should be) the place where people express or exchange their points of view on certain matters (questions,problems,events,etc.).It's generally debating among different persons,but with respect of the rules of the forum and other opinions.
Now,everyone should visit forum daily.
Or at least as much as possible.
The reasons are different:
1. on the first place and foremost - lots of (but really lots of) useful informations.There you will find almost everything you may think of.Search it,read it,use it.
2. when in doubt or have some kind of simple question ("this or that",not sure which to choose,in doubt if something is useful,etc.) - go to forum and ask.Usually it provides quicker answer then to wait for an answer from Support (who has "millions" questions to answer,by the way).
3. to continue with it - why to ask something Support when it's maybe (actually,most probably) already asked (and answered too) in the forum?You just need to search for it.
4. there you can also find some of the most brilliant posts ever made.Those are the jewels in the forum.Usually they come from a high-level leaders (silver/gold/platinum),because there are already experienced in all type of problems.
5. as I said,you can see what others are thinking about something.Maybe while reading other opinions you can get better picture/change your view on certain things.
6. while reading it,you stay in touch with the latest announcements,changes,events...and so on.
All in all,Forum is very helpful tool.
With informations it has,it's quite valuable.Providing you fast feedback/answer on matters you are interested of.And it's free.It "costs" you only the time spent in reading.But don't forget:visiting it and reading is investing in your knowledge and yourself.No reason to refuse such help,right.
