It might have something do with the way we advertise.
Do not get me wrong, it is important to get the word out and letting the world know they should join the great company SFI is. In fact it is the best opportunity. But, you have to work realy hard, every single day. You have to learn an overwhelming lot only to get started. Day in day out you have to stay focussed, study, grow, keep on top of everything.
It is a business, you have to own this business.
And from the way a lot of advertising is done people have no idea that they realy have to work and to invest time and more time and money to be succesfull.
So, they look at the realy beautifull ads we make and get enthusiastic. They sign up. And then, oh boy, then comes the disappointment. They have to work their way up !
That might be the reason why they immediately become inactive.
Should we change our ads?
I don't know yet. I recently started trying all kinds of new content in my ads with less promises and more emphasis on the real job and the hard work in combination with the great opportunities.
Maybe with more realistic ads we get less people to sign up, but more workers signing up who realy love to work with us in our teams.
