Thanks for this question.
Many people do a sign up and become SFI affiliates without full information. That's why many of them find it tough to face the reality and become inactive or opt out so soon.
Worst, they will not respond to any of your communication.
You are right. Unless they read and understand SFI business in its entirety they will not be interested in taking it any further.
As Sponsors, we have the responsibility to:
- Guide;
- Teach;
- Help; &
- Establish a good relationship in the initial days itself;
so that they will start believing us. Once such confidence level is created in their minds it will be slightly easy to make them
- Read SFI Basics; &
- LaunchPad Lessons
step by step; slowly but steadily. Since LaunchPad lessons involve VersaPoints they can realize their importance. This will help them to understand the finer aspects of SFI Business.
Reading them will give them more confidence & boost their morale. Having understood more things now, they will start exploring opportunities to build their business.
This is a very good development for the Sponsor to feel immensely happy.
Conclusion:
Everything remains with the Sponsor (or the person who introduces the Affiliates). When you build and enjoy a very good relationship with your down lines they will start not just responding to your communications but will start respecting you as well. Building a solid relationship is vital to have a strong, active and successful Team in any business. SFI too is no exception!!!
