Hallo Sheila, I believe most of us have the fear of failing and not the fear success. Many of us have already failed in many diferent ways of life but also, some when they became successful, it was too much for them that they could not cope up with it.
Any way, whatever it might be, tell yourself and your Team the following: If you want something you´ve never had, then you´ve got to do something you´ve never done. There is nothing more intoxicating than doing big, bold and beutiful things. Don´t fear, begin today. Please do not feed the fears. Overcome the fear of success! Use SFI for your success!!!
