As it is always said that we must lead by example. It is important that you, as a leader, you read SFI news, LaunchPad, etc. After reading those things, share with your team members by giving them the links and encourage them to read.
Participate in the Forum and Ask SC. Show your team members the badges you achieved by participating there. When they participate in the Ask SC and Forum, they will see the need to acquire more knowledge and that will lead them to read a little daily.
