And as such there is almost 100 % possibilities that the team members in your team have different language as their primary language and Language being an important medium for communication making communication in different languages makes it that much difficult for team leaders to communicate.
2.At the same time if you can have time and enough interests in learning additional language, an affiliate team member in your team will love to see you communicate with him in his primary language.
3. Points one and two mentioned above have its advantages as well as disadvantages, this then makes it a better choice to communicate in most common language. Thus in my opinion where ever possible we should adopt all, building your team of your area in your language, and also go beyond the boundaries and build your team using most commonly used language.
