The best way to inspire our Team Members is through our own example. We can speak about others achievements and success stories. But nothing will inspire them than that of ours.
A successful Leader is one who leads by his own achievements.
Fear of success alone is not the factor for many people. There are so many other things too. People just join SFI without having adequate information from the person who makes them join.
They join because:
1.They are told its a free sign up;
2.They think its a over night rich program;
3.They think there is no need to work & perform certain actions regularly;
4.They imagine, no investment is required;
5.They never thought its a business;
6.They do not have patience to read vast information provided by SFI;
7.They do not understand the concept of "Team Building" for their success;
8.They lack understanding of TripleClicks Stores;
In short, they do not have a solid foundation. Naturally, when the base is weak the structure crumbles soon.
Its here that a Leader has to skillfully explain all these to his Team Members.
The leader has to make:
1. A solid friendship with his Team Members;
2. Himself Trust worthy & Dependable;
3. Prove, he is always there for them & for their growth & success;
A Leader has to be successful for all of his team members to see for themselves. Leader's performance and achievements should help in his team members' overcoming their fear of success, shortcomings if any, etc.
A selfless & honest leader will be quite successful in all his endeavors with his team. He always demonstrates the act of "Together we Win & Together we Grow ".

Incidentally, I just visited your Profile. I am pleased to see your achievements. They speak volumes of your hard work. They themselves will inspire your Team Members to perform better and better and become strong, active and successful in their business!
