(1) your self-confidence in your ability to communicate because to support your group, you MUST be able to communicate well and comfortably with many different types of people.
(2) your willingness to leave your "comfort zone"and do things unusual for you.
(3) your ease with meeting and talking to people that are not comfortable with your language or personality.
(4) finally, your prejudices. It is an unfortunate fact that very few people will admit, but EVERYONE of us have prejudices, and not only about skin color or race, but also of "social status", wealth or lack thereof, intelligence, religion,or just anything that makes one person different from another. Fortunately, because SFI is mainly and on-line community we can interact with people that we might normally have nothing to do with with grace and civility just because of the ability to remain "anonymous".
