The most important goal I had set last year was to attain GTL ( God Team Leader ) by year end, I only managed to make it to STL, the last 5 months, and than with the changes Gery implemented I was a GTL. Wow!!

My goals for this year
1. Develop 10 team leaders within my generation 1, and 5 team leaders in generation 2
2. Become a DTL by year end
the reason for the above goals, is so that I can give up my offline job, and work SFI business only, so I have more time to help our team, and be financial independent
