  At first I thought that I would not be able to communicate with them, it was a time difference and 8-10 hours but I guess that does not matter when you have a goal you want to achieve. When you have so many levers that you can communicate with them, even in their own language can translate not only have to continue to bring you where you want. From each can learn something, everyone has a motivation and it will try to do something new that can help.
