You see both are best. It is awesome to be able to work with a team of your peers either locally or in your own country or language group. But then there are those from other countries, languages or cultures that are exciting to interact with and who can bring a fresh and new outlook to your business. People from places far from your home can very often bring new ideas into what was to you a very ordinary way of doing things.
Make use of the Google Translate software to better understand what people are writing in their correspondence. It will surprise you what they are saying and asking.
Expand your horizons and do not pigeon hole your business but be as eclectic as you can be.
