I thought I just answered this question, but here goes.
Spoken language, and environment are like to having eyes and ears. They are both part of your body. Same with SFI. If you allow language and environment to stop you from working your business are you truly interested? Entrepreneurship isn't easy. It IS boring, repetitious consistent daily job. Maybe those are just excuses you create because you don't enjoy boring, repetition, or consistency although where there is a will there is a way so finding an artistically creative way to making it work maybe all that is needed.
My only question: is spoken language and environment REALLY boundaries? After all you are the Leader to your business. Is that what you want to teach your team when all you need to do is slow down, take a little time to listen and the barrier isn't there anymore.
I don't see those tow items being boundaries. After all SFI is a limitless boundary-less global company. It's our job to act like it.
