Dear Natalee, there is not any way to get new PSAs to commit to SFI, there is only a way to commit to SFI yourself. In business, same as in life, the only person we are fully responsible for, is of course our own self.
So decide today to fully, completely commit to SFI. Stop trying to change or influence someone else, start working on yourself and yourself only.
Constantly ask yourself: how can I do this better? How can I write a better, more appealing welcoming letter, how can I follow up with that new affiliate better, etc., etc. And, above all, what I can do to make myself a better sponsor…
And a better sponsor not necessary today, with the team that you already have, but a better sponsor in general. Maybe even in a year or 2, or 3 from now…
What are the skills I still need to pursue, what I still need to do, what I still need to learn…
