Yes,we have a great advantage on conversation if we could build a team within your own spoken language or environment,which further gives us a great chance of interaction between our team when ever needed.with same language and environmemt we have agreat advancetages on frequent offline meeting and motivating them F2F.
In other sense,It may also be a wise decission to expand our business beyond our boundaries as these may increase our chances of boosting our income..Some would say I need a translator when some get new team from other region of the world with different langauge but we have to know that SFI comes with different language that could be selected or you could just use google translator to interact with new member of different language.
So,I would say expand your business beyond thosd boundaries to really boost your Income.
