Initially, it may be very difficult to get the attention of your PSAs as most of the PSAs & CSAs do not log in at all after their first log in. So, try sending (keep sending) personal e-mails to each of your PSAs and CSAs, welcoming them, greeting them, highlighting the opportunities provided by SFI, introducing other successful people in SFI & their success stories, reminding them that you are missing them, still awaiting their log in, etc.. Be patient and keep trying! Atleast a few will respond over the period!
Once you get a response from an affiliate, then provide him all the necessary support to get started, teach him how to score VPs easily on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, give the necessary references, tips & guidelines. Keep monitoring their progress (and active participation in all the events, especially, the SFI Forum & Ask SC) and encouraging each and every achievement of theirs! Give suitable rewards (gift certificates, TCs, etc.)for significant achievements. Also, announce further rewards for further achievements like forming their own down line, promoting tripleclicks sales, etc. Teach them, train them and motivate them to even excel your own ranking!
