This is the $1000 question and there is no "for sure" answer. I can only provide the method that has helped me in getting commitments/active PSA.
In my humble opinion, you've got to hit them quickly as soon as you are notified that you have a new PSA. And you must hit them hard with the realization that they must GIVE THEMSELVES A CHANCE AND GIVE THEIR BUSINESS A CHANCE to succeed. They must not quit, not quit, not quit, persevere, persevere, persevere. They must get a standing order for 1500 VP's and keep it active every month, repeat every month. That way they are always in the money.
I explain to them that their first month or so working their new business will be confusing to a degree and also they have much to learn. PERSEVERE and you will eventually make a financial success of your business.
I ask them to check the potential money they can make by reviewing the following chart. This chart and explanation is provided in the vast amount of learning materials available at SFI. I have paraphased it to keep it KISS. Keep It Simple Stupid!
There's BIG MONEY IN VERSAPOINTS MATCHING:
THE BIG PICTURE: It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words. You need to see the BIG picture in this SFI business. The commissions are great but you can earn much much more. I want to introduce you to the power/money making potential of Versapoints Matching. It simply means, you will earn on all the versa points of all your EA2 in your downline once you qualify as a Team Leader.
Example: A bronze Team Leader has 5 PSAs who are EA2 and assuming every affiliate in his downline to the 6th levels has 5 PSAs each who are also EA2. This is how it will look like;
LEVEL PSA TOTAL
1 - 5 5
2 - 5 X 5 25
3 - 25 X 5 125
4 - 125 X 5 625
5 - 625 X 5 3125
6 -3125 X 5 15625
In order to qualify as EA2, an affiliate must have 1500 Versapoints or more. The easiest way to get these VPs is through a standing order of 1500 points. Therefore, 15625 X 1500 = 23,437,500 Versapoints In the Tripleclicks Executive Pool sharing formula, a dollar is equivalent to about 2225 Versaponts, we will divide 23,437,500/2225 = $10,534 Monthly.
The example given is for the entry Bronze Level Team Leader. The income increases as your rank increases because you can earn matching versapoints to the 12th level as you move up the ranks from Bronze through Platinum and now recently to Diamond team leader.
Work on Sponsoring more affiliates everyday, SEE THE BIG PICTURE and go for it for success beyond your expectations.
Don't get discouraged by a slow pace in the beginning for you may have to sponsor 500 PSAs or more to get 5 active PSAs or more.
I sign the E-card to them with my name, my team leader ranking and say that I was the E365 winner recently so I practice what I preach. I offer them my help in any way I can and ask them to contact me via SFI or my personal email.
This method which I adopted a few month's ago has gotten me climbing that pyramid of success that I showed you above.
