Each time we get new PSA we,as their sponsors,have more or less high expectations from them.It's commonly feeling and that's normal.
But then disappointment comes if the new PSA "is doing nothing".And it also commonly feeling.I guess your question is coming from that kind of experience.And ofcourse you're wondering how to commit new PSA to SFI.
Well,remember your first steps in SFI.How did you find out that this is great business opportunity?How it was explained to you?So,do the same to your new PSAs.
There's a checklist,that was made by SFI,that you should follow:
1. Contact new PSA, introduced myself, briefly described my background, goals, etc.
2. Add new PSA to your newsletter mailing list
3. Discuss new PSA's goals, family, etc.
4. Inform new PSA of incentives, if any, you offer (free leads, SFI Gift Certificate, etc.) to encourage affiliates to accumulate VersaPoints and become an Executive Affiliate
5. Inform new PSA of any special support resources you offer, such as co-op advertising, team newsletter, etc.
6. Offer general assistance setting up new PSA's business, answering questions, providing direction, etc.
7. Provide new PSA your contact information (e-mail, phone number, IM address, Skype number, etc.).
8. Discuss the marketing methods new PSA plans to use to build his/her home business
(you can refer new PSA to the To-Do List on the Affiliate Center homepage, as well as the Refer and Sponsor marketing methods and aids pages for strategies, banners, text ads, and more).
9. Help new PSA develop prospecting and sponsoring skills until he/she has personally sponsored at least five SFI Executive Affiliates and has achieved a Team Leader rank.
10. Monitor new PSA duplication efforts with his/her own sponsored affiliates and continue to provide assistance as needed.
11. Continue to work with new PSA toward his/her earning goals.
Don't forget also to present him or her "Compensation plan" (https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/CompPlan).As most of them find pretty stimulating to see it and understand it.
