New PSAs barely know their way around and they will quickly try to give up because they are not familiar with the business. But as a sponsor or team leader you must be able to understand their plight because you have been new too and know exactly what they are going through and why they have not been active with their business.
I will suggest the following inorder to give your new PSAs a boost and get them Active
1, Giving them gift cards which will let them know that you really want them to succeed in this business.
2, weekly sending them messages or even setting up Team/Sponsors meetings whether via phone or email
3, constantly recognize the ones that show interest in building their SFI business and duplicate your achievements through them
4, lastly as a team leader you are the example try by all means to maintain your own growth to give them a success to look forward to.
