First of all its important to know that NOT ALL PSAS WILL COMMIT TO SFI no matter what you do because sasly not all people who register at SFI are looking to commit some are just rushing tyrough a list of all available online businesses!
Once this is realised, then your duty remains to endeavor to encourage all your PSAS (because you do not for sure who is serious and who is not) To commit to SFI by;
A) As their sponsor...endeavor to make sure your own standing at SFI is impressive enough to encourage them to be be like you without you ever saying anything.
This is simplified by SFI LEADERSHIP THROUGH GERY because they pin badges on your profile for whatever accomplishment and level you've reached in SFI...
SO THE FACT THAT ALL YOU PSAS HAVE YOU ON THEIR HOME PAGE, whenener they click on your profile, they will see how serious their sponsor is...and indirectly you would have encouraged them to aim to be like you or even better than you...
B) Never ever underestimate the power of sending them ENCOURAGING NEWSLETTERS...do this weekly and always make sure your newsletters are genuine and down to earth...people doing online business are desperate to work with genuine people, people who can come down to their level, people who can understand them...people they can identify with.
C) Last but not least...whenever you can afford it...offer your PSAS incentives. Set up free gifts to claim if they make a milestone within a specified period...that is one thing every human being will always respond to...something free...but make it clear IT WILL BE FREE ONLY IF THEY ARE AMONG THE VICTORS depending on what challenge you've set up.
There are many other ways, but I feel those 3 above are the very best.
