If people treat this SFI business as any other business they will approach it with all seriousness right from signing up. However, in my more than 210 days of experience I notice how difficult it is:
1. To get get sign ups;
2. To get quality sign ups;
3. To sustain;
4. To retain the Team &
5. To ensure returns for every one in the Team.
Unless every one in the team understands the basics and nature of SFI business it will be very hard for the Sponsor or Co-Sponsor to convince any one to remain in the team and carry on with activities regularly.
We can do our very best to:
1. Inspire them by showing our achievements;
2. Encourage them through regular follow ups;
3. Motivate them by offering incentives, gifts, etc when they perform consistently;
4. Support them to expand their team.
All of these should make them work/perform/achieve/lead and expand and earn.
If they signed up with a wrong notion of becoming rich overnight without performing any activities regularly none of the above will ever make them to remain about which You and I, as Sponsor or Co-Sponsor can do nothing.
Generally, people will be worried if they do not see returns, over a reasonable period of time despite their best efforts. In such times, we can help them to minimize their expenses. We should stand by them to have a positive frame of mind. We should make them understand time and again that Patience, Perseverance and Duplication are quite essential to succeed in SFI Business.
Conclusion:
When our intentions are unselfish, true, honest and sincere with lot of passion and commitment for every one's growth and success, I am pretty confident that the Team Members, be it PSAs or CSAs will commit themselves to SFI!!!
