As soon as I receive notification that I have a new PSA, I immediately send them a Welcome e-card to congratulate them for taking that 1st very important step by joining SFI and to welcome them to SFI and to my team.
Straight after that I send them a personal e-mail to once again Welcome and congratulate them.
I then introduce myself and explain that I am there sponsor and that my job is to guide, support and help them.
I also tell them a little about myself - like the country I live in, my reason for joining SFI
I also explain to them that SFI offers us all the tools and information we need to build a successful business but it can seem a bit overwhelming when you 1st join but that is why you have a sponsor to help you finding your way.
I invite and encourage them to contact me should they have questions or a problem and I give them my e-mail address
The point I am trying to get across here - I do this with all my PSA's and CSA's but I do not always get the same reaction. Some make full use of having a sponsor and they ask questions, follow instructions and learn as they go.
Unfortunately most of them do their own thing - despite receiving tips e-cards, team mails and personal e-mails and they end up giving up.
You can only do your best and the rest is up to them. You can not force anybody to commit. I think we all have the situation where you have a big team but only a few workers. Do not give up on the silent / inactive ones - send your weekly newsletter to your entire team but concentrate on the "special' ones, your workers and give them
the attention they deserve, acknowledge their efforts and support them to the best of your abilities.
