Your question is one that dwells on the minds of every affiliate that is attempting to build their home business with SFI and TripleClicks.
We get excited about the potential that we see and know is possible with our new business and can’t understand why everybody doesn’t jump in there with us. It doesn’t seem logical that anyone would pass up an opportunity like SFI.
As you stated in your question that the ones who are not committing are people who have signed on as affiliates and are your PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates).
First of all we need to understand that most people will not join and commit to a company – but they will join a person and commit to what that person has to offer.
We as sponsors need to make personal contact with our new PSAs as soon as we can and not as someone who is only interested in them getting started with a business. But address them as a new found friend and teammate.
Show interest in them as a person and then business later. Within a couple of days you can confront them with support that you are willing to give to them so they can get started on their new business.
As far as getting them to commit to their new found business I must say that is out of our hands except to be the best example of an excited SFI affiliate that you can possibly be.
Incentives can help but the reality of the thing is the new PSAs must determine on their own whether or not to commit to this business. If you have to convince them to join – then you will have to convince them to purchase then you will have to convince them to sponsor others – then you will find yourself wanting to convince them to get out of the way. Don’t they say, “Lead, Follow or get out of the way?”
I didn’t commit to SFI and TripleClicks until I had been enrolled for six months. I don’t remember what pulled the trigger for me to commit to this business except for the fact that somehow I was able to know without a doubt that I could do this through SFI and TripleClicks.
It is our responsibility to get our new PSAs to this “triggering” point – when that occurs then they will either commit or they will drop out.
