What you can do, though, is to provide enough good water.
Remember PSA's are adults with their own goals, expectations needs and wants. You cannot make them commit to anything unless they are motivated or because it is what they want to pursue in the first place.
What you can do is to ensure that they have the right tools so they can make an SFI informed decision.
From the start avoid:
Placing ads that are misleading
Placing ads that are hype
Promising them to get rich fast
From Day 1, be sure they know about the getting started actions, the Fast Track, the E365 Challenge and the Launchpads. From day 1 offer your help and be ready to help.
-Be a good sponsor, lead by example.
-Communicate appropriate information that will benefit them.
-Share your knowledge of what you already know, don't keep it to yourself.
-Respond to their questions as soon as possible.
-Give useful links to resources.
-Motivate and encourage their involvement in any way you can
-Use SFI's communication tools to make contact with them.
-Offer incentives or rewards for their accomplishments, show recognition, hold contests,
-Involve active, motivated ones in Co-Op advertising.
*Use your team mails and stream posts to share, motivate and inspire.
