Well this is a question that we all asked ourself when we first sign in and start working for this company.
If you have a success so far doing your job here in SFI you will have an answer to it.
It is hard to explain because first of all we are not allowed to discuss about our income, every job you get you know what are you suppose to do and how much you will be paid for that.
Second, our income depends not only on us, but on our affiliates as well. It is hard road to the top and you cannot explain it as well as they can try it for themselves.
