There are two different aspects to which you are referring in your one question...
a) SFI affiliates can find ECA which stands for e-Commerce Affiliate, meaning people that have a store and want to sell online using Triple Clicks; for an SFI affiliate, there are many advantages that result from the finding of ECAs that joined Triple Clicks; you can look at #5 of the compensation plan here...

b) the other aspect is referring to the possibility for SFI affiliates to sell their own stuff (i.e. things that you have home and that you are ready to sell because you are not using them anymore - as in a garage sale); indeed you can sell your own things through your own store at Triple Clicks; these items would be listed on your TConnect page. So, you do not have to look around to find these items as they are your own items from your own home or garage that you decide to sell and make some money out of them instead of simply discarding or giving them away.
