Hello, Manohar:
The big reason why it is difficult to convince your PSAs and CSAs to work the SFI business is because the majority of people are looking for a free ride without expense or personal effort.
Some may disagree with me, but I say that it is in our nature as humans to be lazy: we are constantly looking for the greatest value at the least expense. That is what drives and inspires some people to discover or invent new things or new ways to do things - to make things "easier" for us.
There is a down side to that drive as well. Sneaky marketers know that people are basically lazy and are looking for the "easy" way, so they make promises and declarations in their sales material and presentations, making it "sound" like THEIR business opportunity is easy, involves little or no expense, and requires little or no effort. That is simply unrealistic and untrue. But...so many people fall for it!
So the reason why it is difficult to convince your team members to work the SFI is business is because first, many of them are looking for the easy way; and second, the false promises made by other business opportunities cause your team members to falsely believe that SFI is "hard" to do. It is not hard. It just takes time and effort. That is true with ALL opportunities no matter what the promoters may tell you.
For many affiliates, once they get experience with other opportunities, they often come back to SFI with a fresh perspective on how great it really is!
