People's perception about certain things varies.Some of the PSAs OR CSAs do not really understand the business as it were for most of us talking from experience but with time those that really want to build this business will eventually work at it and learn as they go in no time they will be fully committed in building their business and grow it too.
As a sponsor or team leader you should not give up on them continue encouraging them and be there for them when they finally come around.
