I believe that all of us who sign up to SFI have one thing in common. We all want financial benefits. How quickly, how much and how badly we want it varies from person to person. These are the major factors that influence our approach to SFI.
Those who want quick money will get in there and work away. These are the folks who race in and collect all the available VP very quickly. They may reach BTL in the 1st month and then expect big pay outs at the end of the month. They tend to fade away after the 1st month and are very hard to encourage to work the business after that. They may even opt-out altogether after that.
Unfortunately many online businesses are being promoted as easy money with little to do, promising riches overnight. This is not reality and people who sign up to SFI with this mentality soon find that it is not a get rich quick business and therefore don't work the business despite all its advantages.
Further to those, we all sign up free of charge. We therefore have not invested into the business and really we have nothing to loose if we don't do anything with it. This is why I am a great fan of the latest Fast Track requirement to make a small financial investment early in their SFI career.
I also believe that one of the biggest reasons why they do not work the business is because they have not fully realised the great benefits their SFI businesses have to offer. If only they fully realise the potential of this business, I am certain they will work their business every day and at every spare moment they have.
This is where the sponsors play a vital part, opening the eyes of their team members to what SFI offers.
