You can recognize the achievements of your PSAs/downline through your Leadership Page, there is a Recognition Tab there exactly for that purpose. After posting it on your Leadership Tab, email all your downlines using the PSA/CSA/Team Mailer to let them be aware that you have updated your Leadership Blogs and ask them to look at your best Movers for that month or week.
Do not neglect your Leadership Page (LP), this is a very efficient feature of SFI to keep all your downlines up to date. This feature is a big help for those who have a large team, this will cut back a lot of your time by posting all your important messages at your LP instead of emailing them one by one.
