yes there is such a thing as helping your affiliates too much! and here is why?
1) SFI has structures in place that ensure that as along as your are being an active SPONSOR, the minimum you can communicate to your affiliates is atleast weekly...and ofcourse as a GOOD SPONSOR, it is assumed your communication is full of helpful information and incentives once in a while.
2) Spoonfeeding might work anywhere else but not in an affiliate program where in order for any of us to succeed WE all need people under us that trully understand the principal of duplication!
So let me say it plainly without holding back, if you are in SFI for real business and not "humanitarian" work, you've got to learn the principle of "easy come, easy go"
Chances are that if you help any of your affiliates too much! Then you are setting yourself up for some level of disappointment and having a handfull of affiliates under you that are not SELF DRIVEN!
3) Stick to one of the points under SFI rules of success, "work with the movers"
