There is absolutely no such thing as helping your affiliates too much. In a business such as SFI where your success lies in the numbers of active and hardworking affiliates among other things, you have to offer help to your affiliates even if it is “too much” provided you are able to ensure duplication happens in your team.
What you should do to offer help is to your affiliates are outlined below
I. When you receive new affiliates into you team, quickly send a welcome letter to the affiliates by introducing yourself and helping them to navigate the site since the site can be overwhelming to most first affiliates.
2. Encourage them to take the bull by the horn by applying themselves to the business, gentling introducing the fast track 2.0 program to them and highlighting its benefits.
3. Help your affiliates to understand the importance of advertising aggressively both offline and online and if possible help them with their first online advertising campaign.
4. Offer TC Gift certificates, TCredits etc to hardworking and active affiliates as a form of encouragement.
What you should not do however, is to help your affiliates to log in to their accounts and begin to perform their daily, weekly, monthly and other tasks tasks. That will be a negation of the SFI business model.
