Certainly there are some issues that can pose big "turn-offs" for our prospects. Some of them may be:
- The time we need to spend with SFI to start seeing "pretty" results (this isn't a business that will make you rich overnight).
- The money you need to invest in SFI to easily maintain our rank and / or grow faster and better (there is no monetary investment business, no matter how smal it is, and it's difficult to accept this at times. A simple coffee while we do our daily tasks in a cafe to leverage their wifi network, for example, would be an investment in our business even if we intend develop it "without putting a penny").
- The amount of work (beyond the daily, weekly and monthly tasks) you have to address to promote our business on-line and off-line. (social media, blogs, ads sites, meetings...)
- Etc.
Any of these issues, and in practice any subject that your prospects aren't used and / or willing to face can be a turn-off... but are issues that they must know, because sooner or later they going to meet them and they goint to decide whether or not to deal with them and how.
So I don't think you have to avoid talking about anything with your prospects. Moreover, I think that is PRECISELY about the possible turn-offs of what you have to talk to them. Knowing their concerns, why these issues hold them back and / or even start and seek for solutions together to overcome it is the only way to prevent a turn-off really turn-off a prospect to the bussines.
On the contrary, if you avoid talking about it and you let your prospects discover for themselves something they don't like and they don't expect, the subject itself is going to be a real turn-off for him/her... and then maybe is too late to prevent his/her leaves.
