When I read your question, I am reminded of the saying: "Feed a man a fish and he can eat for a day. Teach a man how to fish and he will never go hungry." I think that there is a point where we are doing too much for our affiliates which creates a lazy team member. Of course, the question is where to draw the line so we can make sure we do not cross it. I would say that as long as you require some work on the part of the affiliate, you will be fine. In other words, meet them halfway so they can make it the rest of the way. By requiring some action on their part, they are still responsible for their own success with SFI.
