Your question really do interest me. I'm not sure if my answer will help you but in my opinion, there's nothing wrong in helping your affiliates too much. You will success only if all those in your team success so a teamwork is needed here as a team in a team whether you help them too much or vice versa is not an issue if you want to see success and be success. Help them as much as you can afford to help especially to those who really do need your help to succeed. You might not know know your help may inspire those inactive turn to be active.
I do believe sincere help without asking anything in return, hardwork, faith, patience and never ever give up will be rewarded. Hope my opinion do help. All the best and Succees be with you always
